Message from the Chief

Chief of Immigration
As Chief Immigration Officer let me be the first to say, welcome to the wonderful Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis where peace, love, law and order abounds. It is indeed an absolute pleasure to officially speak directly to you via our newly launched Facebook Web Page. There are a few facts that I think you should know: The immigration Department is the newest independent law enforcement agency in the Federation, having separated from the Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force in July 2018. The Department is governed by the Immigration Act Cap. 6.02 of the Laws of St. Christopher and Nevis. Our officers are highly trained and skilled; we pride ourselves in delivering quality service to our visitors and residents.
As I lead this team of extraordinary men and women you are assured of our commitment to our mission statement to serve the traveling public in an efficient and professional manner; to eradicate illegal entry, to collaborate with all foreign and domestic stakeholders and to discharge our mandate in a chivalrous, friendly and firm manner. The Immigration Department continues to enjoy a robust working relationship with the Police and Customs and Excise department, a partnership forged in trust and loyalty to the benefit of you our customers.
